Intent of the process

This inventory may be used to establish pools of partially or fully qualified candidates which may be used by PSPC to staff positions within Real Property Services.

AQ1: Experience in reviewing financial data to ensure its adherence to policies and guidelines

AQ2: Experience in reviewing contracts, and/or work orders, and/or call-ups against standing offers

AQ3: Experience working with SAP/SIGMA

AQ4: Experience in coordination of a manager’s schedule and/or that of a work unit

AQ5: Experience in travel arrangements and the preparation of travel claims

AQ6: Experience in scheduling appointments, organizing meetings as well as the recording and distribution of minutes

You must be willing to be reassigned in the same position to perform similar duties to any work site within, Real Property Branch in the National Capital Region, following a written notice (normally 5 working days).
