Duties

The Learning and Development Coordinator supports all members of the L&D team through logistical planning and client support of over 300 training offerings per year, budget and contract tracking/reporting responsibilities, maintaining the integrity of the data housed in our learning management system, and reviewing the accuracy of documents produced by L&D and translated to French/English. This role is also responsible for responding to client questions/requests in both official languages. The position contributes to OSFI’s learning organization culture by promoting, coordinating and tracking all training activities for all offices.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION
● A university degree OR a combination of education, experience and training.

Degree equivalency

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
● Experience in using a learning management system, including inputting and extracting data, validating learning information, and producing learning reports.
● Experience monitoring a budget and preparing financial reports.
● Significant experience working with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
● Experience in distance learning technology or Webex.
● Significant experience in a corporate training environment in an administrative coordinator role.
