Education (all Streams):
• Successful completion of two years of a post-secondary educational program or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience related to the duties of the position.
Experience (all Streams):
• E1: Recent** experience in planning and implementing programs or delivery of services to external parties.
• E2: Recent** experience in working with stakeholders or Indigenous groups.
• E3: Recent** experience in providing analysis and recommendations to management.
**Recent experience is understood to mean within the past three (3) years
Education:
• Graduation with a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with an acceptable specialization in business, economics, regional planning, resource management, policy, public administration or other field relevant to positions.
Experience:
• Recent** experience working with not for profit organizations.
• Experience in the negotiation of agreements.
• Experience in conflict resolution with external parties.
• Recent** experience in planning, coordinating or implementation of Grants and Contributions Programs
**Recent experience is understood to mean within the past three (3) years.

• Ability and willingness to work overtime on occasion
• Ability and willingness to travel within BC and Yukon – Travel will include remote locations by various modes of transportations
Conditions of Employment:
• Security: Reliability clearance or Secret depending on position
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent (required for some positions)
