This process will be used to staff one (1) term position for a period of approximately nine (9) months. It may also be used to establish a pool of qualified candidates to staff similar positions at the Office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court of Canada with varying linguistic profiles, security profiles, and tenures.

You must meet all essential qualifications in order to be appointed to the position. Other qualifications may be a deciding factor in choosing the person to be appointed. Education:
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience:
Experience in the registry operations of a Court, a Tribunal, a Board or a Commission.
Experience in examining legal documents to ensure compliance.
Experience in applying and interpreting procedures and legislation.
Experience in a case management and document management systems.
Asset Experience:
Experience in coordinating hearings, including liaising with various sectors and external clients.

Knowledge:
Knowledge of the Supreme Court Act and Rules of the Supreme Court of Canada and the Guidelines for Preparing Documents to be Filed with the Supreme Court of Canada.
