A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience in dealing with stakeholder representatives for works related to railway activities.
Experience in managing projects related to railway activities.
Experience in providing technical advice.
Experience in preparing technical reports.
Recent and significant experience* in the inspection, testing and maintenance of railway track and associated facilities or the oversight thereof.
*Recent and significant experience is defined as the depth and breadth of experience associated with having performed a broad range of various, complex related activities normally acquired over a period of three (3) years; and the performance of those duties within the last five (5) years.
