Managing agendas, calendar and meetings;

The newly created Pan-Canadian Framework Implementation Office (PCFIO) leads federal efforts to ensure that Canada meets its 2030 target to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 30% from 2005 by 2030. The PCFIO is a vibrant, talented and dynamic team of professionals who are focused on delivering real results for Canadians.
When you apply to this selection process, you are applying for a term or indeterminate position within the Pan-Canadian Framework Implementation Office. This process may be used to establish a pool of partially or fully qualified candidates which may be used by Environment and Climate Change Canada to staff similar positions with various linguistic profiles (English Essential, French Essential, Bilingual Imperative BBB/BBB, Bilingual Imperative CBC/CBC), various security profiles (Reliability, Secret) and various tenures (such as Indeterminate, Specified Period) across Canada.
If employees or person employed of the public service are selected, the acting appointment, deployment, assignment, secondment or Interchange Canada mechanisms could be used depending on the situation and their eligibility.

EDUCATION:
A secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives.
EXPERIENCE:
Experience in providing administrative and support services* to a manager or member of the
executive group.
Experience scheduling and managing multiple calendars on a daily basis.
Experience in organizing meetings, teleconferences managing logistics and coordinating material for meetings.
Experience in working with Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
*Support services is defined as, but not limited to: managing agendas, scheduling and organizing meetings/teleconferences, preparing and collating meeting file folders and background materials, procuring office equipment and supplies, maintaining a filing system, and other related duties.
EXPERIENCE (Asset):
Experience in making travel arrangements and processing travel claims.
Experience working in a fast-paced or high volume environment.
