ED: Certificate from a recognized university.
E1: Experience synthesizing and analyzing information in order to provide recommendations.
E2: Experience in conducting an investigation.
E3: Experience negotiating and/or mediating with various parties as part of an investigation.
E4: Experience writing documents such as, but not limited to, reports, briefing materials or correspondence.
