Duties may include one or more of the following activities:
Coordinate fit-up projects.
Prepare conceptual fit-up drawings.
Prepare statements of requirements.
Complete the review construction drawings and specifications.
Prepare briefing notes.
Complete project progress follow-ups.
Preparing progress reports.
The Courts Administration Service (CAS) provides services to the Federal Court of Appeal, the Federal Court, the Court Martial Appeal Court of Canada and the Tax Court of Canada.

You must meet all essential qualifications in order to be appointed to the position. Other qualifications may be a deciding factor in choosing the person to be appointed. Two years post-secondary education in interior design, architectural technology or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience in property management (operations, maintenance, building services).
Experience interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Experience managing and coordinating real property facilities projects.
Recent* experience in design development, planning and implementing the recording of, space re-configuration and layout, architectural, free standing furniture, modular workstation systems, and base building systems using AutoCAD.
Experience in the preparation of statement of requirement for both consultant and contractor services.
*Recent is defined as within the past (3) years.
Experience in leading multi-disciplinary project teams.
Experience in supervising staff or contractors.
Experience working in a judicial or quasi-judicial environment.
Bilingual - Imperative (BBB/BBB)

Knowledge of the federal government's real property services management policies and procedures in relevance to special purpose space fit-up.
