What can you expect?
As a member of the dynamic and multidisciplinary HR Innovation team, you will help discover, design, pilot and measure the success of new HR transformation ideas. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with various human resources stakeholders when testing out new ideas and/or approaches. Therefore, you will have the opportunity to leverage your creativity and your project management skills to ensure the success of the various initiatives launched by the team.

STEP 1 – INTRODUCE YOURSELF
Tell us about you! We want to know why you would be the ideal candidate for this position and what you would bring to this role.
• Explain how you have managed and implemented projects and initiatives to optimize internal practices or even innovate in that area?
• Have you done any research and analysis in the past to identify issues and make recommendations? Can you give us a specific example?
• What have you done in the past to build strong business relationships and maintain partnerships? Can you give us a specific example?
• Have you written documents of varying importance for management? What were the topics and what types of documents did you write?
• Describe a situation where you conducted a consultation session, led a working group or presented to a targeted audience? How did you proceed? What was the topic? Tell us about the audience: how many people attended, etc.?

• Have you had the chance to develop and implement change management strategies or plans to optimize change buy-in, promote cultural change and minimize resistance? If so, what was the scope of the change?

STEP 2 – SHOW US

Finally, if you make it to this stage, we will organize an in-person meeting to validate with you the information you have provided throughout the selection process, and to learn more about your career aspirations.
