Work environment

These positions are at an inbound call centre located in Vancouver, BC. A Payment Services Officer provides services to the general public with respect to Employment Insurance benefits. Extensive training and development opportunities will allow you to acquire a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of Service Canada's programs and services.

This will enable you to provide proof of Canadian equivalency when applying for a job in the public service.
