FCAC is a Separate Agency that offers the same pension and benefits plans as the Core Federal Public Service. The immediate need is for a two years term. A pool of partially assessed candidates resulting from this process MAY be established and used to staff similar positions at various groups and levels, with various tenures, language requirements and security levels at FCAC.

• Matching individual experience assets or qualifications to the need of the Agency;

Recent* experience assessing, organizing and coordinating requests related to management of accommodation projects
Recent* experience coordinating projects with various stakeholders such as external contractors, management or representatives of facilities
Recent* experience working with service providers to negotiate and coordinate services related to accommodations, facilities and telecommunication equipment
Recent* experience planning and coordinating office and special purpose fit up projects in federal facilities
Experience dealing with clients in a customer service environment.
Experience using office and project software such as MS office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
Experience in writing policies and procedures
Experience in the administration and control of security identification and access cards
Experience administering telephone lines and assigning phone numbers
Experience developing project documentation such as Project Charters, estimates, schedules, and scope
Experience supporting a project manager in developing project plans, and the creation and control of issue logs and risk registers
Experience working with a project management framework
Experience coordinating a fleet of telecom land lines and mobile telecommunications services
Experience coordinating office fit-up requirements with network services group and departmental information technology groups
Experience analyzing vacancy rates, division space allocation and support space needs
Experience in the provision of physical security services and monitoring physical security controls
*Recent experience is understood to mean 2 years of experience generally acquired in the last 5 years
Knowledge of Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) fit-up standards and codes including Workplace 2.0
Knowledge of the Government Security Policy as it relates to the safeguarding of sensitive information and assets
Willingness and availability to work overtime as needed
Reliability Status security clearance
Must be able to occasionally move supplies and/or office equipment
