A pool of qualified candidates may be established and may be used to staff similar positions within DND with various linguistic profiles, security levels, employment types and tenures which may vary according to the position being staffed.

You must meet all essential qualifications in order to be appointed to the position. Other qualifications may be a deciding factor in choosing the person to be appointed. In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

Graduation from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in healthcare or in any other field relevant to the work to be performed OR an acceptable combination of education, training and experience. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience would normally include a minimum of 2 years of experience and training in quality improvement or patient safety.

Successful completion of a university or college course or certificate in quality improvement and/or patient safety.

Degree equivalency

Experience in making recommendations to various levels of management.

Experience working with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams.

Various language requirements
English Essential, bilingual imperative BBB/BBB, and bilingual imperative CBC/CBC.
