Intent of the process

A pool of (fully or partially) qualified candidates may be established through
this process to staff identical or similar positions at Natural Resources Canada
with various tenures (Acting, Assignment, Determinate, Indeterminate,
Secondment and Specified period), various linguistic requirements (imperative
and/or non-imperative), language requirements (English Essential, French
Essential, English or French Essential and Bilingual) and profile(s) (BBB/BBB,
CBC/CBC, CCC/CCC, etc.)), various security requirements, various conditions
of employment and for various locations.

A covering letter in 4,000 words (maximum) "NOTE: You must provide concrete and detailed examples to clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience requirements listed in the essential qualifications and other qualifications section. In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

A secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives. Employerapproved
alternatives to a secondary school diploma:
• a satisfactory score on the PSC test approved as an alternative to a
secondary school diploma; or
• an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

Experience liaising with stakeholders or clients
Experience in analyzing data, conducting research,
synthesizing information and preparing reports
Experience in the planning, developing, managing
and/or delivery of a program
* Experience is defined as work-related experience
of a minimum of two (2) years.

Experience developing or delivering energy efficiency initiatives or programs
Experience developing or delivering programs related to energy-using
equipment or to one or more of the following sectors: commercial and
institutional buildings, residential buildings, industry, transportation.
Experiencing reviewing documents related to energy efficiency in commercial
and institutional buildings.
Experience in working with contribution agreements
Experience in using Microsoft Excel to analyze data
Experience in developing communications and marketing material, or
managing publication plans
Experience with developing content for social media.
Experience in creating, designing and updating websites to meet the
Government of Canada’s Common Look and Feel (CLF) 2.0 guidelines and Web
Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 standards
Experience in project management involving communications, publications,
newsletters or Web sites
