Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience in providing administrative support services.
Experience in providing client service delivery in person and by telephone and electronically.
Experience using Microsoft Office computer applications such as: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in records management such as filing, tracking and organizing in both paper and electronic versions.
