As a member of the Design and Development team, the Multimedia Designer / Developer should have the following essential education and experience in order to apply for this position:
ED1: Secondary school diploma and successful completion of a 2 year college diploma program in Graphic Design/Multimedia Development.
Experience
EX1 : Experience using functions of Adobe Creative Suite Masters Collection, Apple Final Cut Pro, Articulate Storyline, MS Office suite to produce a variety of products in various media such as: e-learning, and WEB development, video production, photography, illustration, animation, publications).
EX2: Experience in conceptualizing and creating multimedia projects.

K1 : Knowledge of theories, principles and practices of developing e-learning content.
K2: Knowledge of workflow practices for WEB development/programming.
K3: Knowledge of the principles and practices of publication design.
Abilities
A1: Ability to organize and rearrange workload if necessary and to work effectively and autonomously under the pressure of deadlines.
A2: Ability to communicate effectively in writing.
A3: Ability to communicate effectively orally.
