This process will be used to staff the above-mentioned position. A pool of partially qualified candidates resulting from this process will also be established and may be used to staff similar positions within the Department of National Defence.

Graduation by December 31, 2017 with a diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution in a technology program such as: electrical, electronic, aerospace, mechanical, maritime, software or industrial engineering technology.

• Trainees must attain and maintain a Level II (Secret) security clearance prior to graduating from the Program.
• Must be capable of and agreeable to regularly travelling to contractors’ facilities;
• Must possess of a valid driver’s license; and
• Candidates will be required to wear protective Clothing as they might be exposed to regular plant hazards such as but not limited to: radiation and nuclear material, volatile fumes, operating machinery, vehicular traffic, noise, fumes, heat and cold.
