A secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives. Employer-approved alternatives to a secondary school diploma:
• a satisfactory score on the PSC test approved as an alternative to a secondary school diploma. OR
• an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience in administering a program or service.
Experience in liaising with stakeholders or clients.
Experience in assisting with the preparation of statistical and narrative reports for senior managers.
Experience using a database and manipulating information in Microsoft excel.

Those selected for an interview should be prepared to provide the names of their references. Some or all of these individuals may be contacted. References must have an in-depth and direct knowledge of your work, and must be able to answer specific questions pertaining to your achievements and strengths. References must have worked with you for at least six (6) months within the last five (5) years.
