Intent of the process

The immediate need is to staff an indeterminate position with a linguistic profile of bilingual imperative BBB/BBB. A pool of partially or fully qualified candidates may be established from this process which may be used to staff similar positions within the Department of Justice with various tenures (such as: Acting, Assignment, Casual, Deployment, Indeterminate, Secondment, Specified period) and with various languages requirements (bilingual imperative and unilingual) and various conditions of employments, which may vary according to the position to be staffed.

EDUCATION

ED1 - A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE

EX1 - Experience in providing customer services (minimum of 6 months of work).
EX2 - Experience in providing information services to the general public verbally and in writing.
EX3 - Experience in the use of a data entry system.
EX4 - Experience in applying basic accounting functions.
EX5 - Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

AED1 - Successful completion of two years of a postsecondary program with acceptable specialization in a law-related field.

AED2 - Successful completion of two years of an acceptable post-secondary educational program in a field related to Information technology (IT).

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE

AEX1 - Experience in a field related to law.

AEX2 - Experience in a field related to Information technology (IT) support.

AEX3 - Experience in interpreting and applying requirements of an application of an Act and its Regulations.

AEX4 - Experience related to funds collection.
