The immediate need is to staff one position on an indeterminate basis, with a linguistic profile of Bilingual Imperative (BBB/BBB) and an RCMP Top Secret security clearance.
A pool of qualified candidates may be established to staff similar temporary and/or permanent positions.

Successful completion of two (2) years of an acceptable post-secondary educational program in computer science, information technology, information management, or another specialty relevant to the position to be staffed.
EXP1: Recent* experience providing technical support and expertise in the installation, operation, support, maintenance, configuration, programming, security, testing and troubleshooting in one or more of the following;
• Windows Server
• Active Directory
• System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM)
• OES 2
• Zenworks
EXP 2: Recent* experience providing solutions to business needs; including performing needs assessments, analyzing client requirements, recommending and designing solutions, integrating and implementing solutions, and follow-up analysis of the solutions.
EXP 3: Experience in systems analysis and design methods, techniques and practices, including user interface, design, naming conventions, specifications, application development.
EXP 4: Experience working with Wide Area Network infrastructure; specifically how network devices such as firewalls, proxy servers, VPN’s, and gateways affect access to systems or applications.
EXP 5: Experience troubleshooting software and/or hardware using a systematic approach.
*Recent experience is defined as experience normally acquired within the last five (5) years.
Recent* experience working with multi-disciplinary or cross-functional business IT teams.
Recent* experience writing and maintaining technical documents.

Valid provincial driver's license or personal mobility to the degree normally associated with a driver's licence.
Testing/interviews will be conducted at locations of the employer's choice and may require candidates to travel to the test/interview location (Fredericton, New Brunswick).
