This process will be used to staff indeterminate full-time positions in Gander, NL. A pool of qualified candidates may also be created to staff similar positions on an acting, term and/or indeterminate basis.

Successful completion of secondary school (High School Diploma) or GED or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience providing administrative or clerical support in an office environment.
Experience using common word processing, spreadsheet and email software such as MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience drafting or creating correspondence and documents
Experience providing service to clients or the general public

Experience working with databases.

Experience in making travel arrangements
Experience in making special event bookings
Reliability Status security clearance - The conditions of employment must be met at the time of appointment and maintained throughout employment.
