Intent of the process

This process will serve to create a pool of qualified candidates which may be used to staff similar positions with various tenures, various security clearance levels, various locations, and/or various language requirements within Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada.

Education:

Successful completion of secondary education.

Degree equivalency

Experience:

Experience in data entry.

Experience in providing service to clients by telephone, in person or in writing.

Experience in conducting quality control.

Experience:
Experience working in a mail room.

Experience in applying the Directive on receipt, deposit and recording of money.

Operational Requirements:

Willingness to work a five-day week.

Ability to work between 7h30am to 4h30pm.

Working at a computer for long periods of time.

Possibility to work in an environment where breaks and lunch breaks are established on a predetermined scheduled.

Physically able to lift 20 pounds boxes.

Tests

Cognitive Ability - Level 1

Applicants must complete the Unsupervised Internet Test of Cognitive Ability - Level 1 as part of the screening for this selection process. This test assesses general problem solving and reasoning ability. You will have 60 minutes to complete the test. You must complete the test before you submit your application for this position.
