A pool of qualified candidates may be established and may be used to staff similar AS-01 positions with various linguistic profiles and/or requirements as well as tenures (Acting, Determinate, and Indeterminate appointments) and/or the security clearance (reliability or secret), which may vary according to the position being staffed.
The pool could be used to offer acting appointments under exceptional circumstances in order to protect employee's indeterminate status.

An acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience is defined as two years experience working in an office environment that required tasks such as: typing, filing, sending and replying to e-mails, answering telephone inquiries, etc, and training in the basic use of computers.
EXPERIENCE:
Experience in providing administrative services in an office environment.
Experience in preparing and processing correspondence.
Experience in providing information to clients or management.
Experience maintaining tracking tools and bring-forward systems.
Experience creating, maintaining and managing records.
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
Successful completion of a post-secondary education.
Experience working in the Grants and Contribution Information Management System (GCIMS).
Experience developing agreement for transfer payments.
Experience using financial software programs such as SAP.
Experience making travel arrangements using systems such as Shared Travel Services (STS) – HRG software system.
Experience organizing meetings and teleconferences.
Experience liaising and maintaining relationships with clients, management and corporate services.
Experience working across functional areas and working in a team environment.
Experiencing working with Indigenous communities.
Experience using teaching related information management systems such as Maplewood, EQAO data, Cardinal Basepoint etc

All of the essential qualifications that are listed in this advertisement are mandatory.
