Duties

1. providing forensic laboratory automation support services ;
2. providing advice and recommendations on technical matters pertaining to laboratory and office automation;
3. functioning as the back-up LAN administrator; and
4. providing advice on various aspects of scientific and administrative data collection, storage and presentation which impact on the operations of the forensic laboratory and the accountability to the law courts.

Education:
**1. Completion of a Bachelor's Degree, or a diploma in Natural Sciences from an accredited Canadian educational institution.
➤Formal training must include a course in Microsoft Windows Server

2. Completion of a Bachelor's Degree, or a diploma in Computer Science or a field relevant to the position from an accredited Canadian educational institution.

1. Some experience supporting networked computers preferably in a laboratory environment.
2. Some experience in supporting Windows7/Server2008/SQL Server.
