Intent of the process

This is an advertisement for term-part time employment. A term is a temporary form of employment with various durations dependent on the position being staffed. Depending on the needs of the organization, candidates may be randomly selected from the process for assessment purposes. This process may be used to establish a pool of partially or fully qualified candidates which may be used by the Department of National Defence to staff positions with various linguistic profiles and various security profiles.

EDUCATION
Successful completion of two (2) years post-secondary education from a recognized educational institution; or a secondary school diploma and a minimum of two (2) years of experience relevant to the position being staffed.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE
EX01 - Experience in delivering services or programs to the general public.
EX02 - Experience collecting, analyzing and disseminating information.
EX03 - Experience in dealing with complaints or enquiries in a client service environment.
EX04 - Experience working in an environment with high pressure or high volume.

EDUCATION
AEDU - Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE
AEX01 - Experience in applying alternate dispute resolution techniques to resolve organizational or workplace conflicts.
AEX02 - Experience working in an Ombudsman, administrative review or similar type organization.
AEX03 - Experience working within the Department of National Defence or the Canadian Armed Forces.
AEX04 - Experience working in a Monitoring or Call Centre, Distress Line, Crisis Centre or Help line.
