EDUCATION
Post-secondary education diploma or certificate from a recognized post-secondary institution in documentation technique OR in archival technique OR in records management, or another field related to the position.
EXPERIENCE
Recent and meaningful (*) experience in records management or library work.
Experience in the processing and filing of documents in an electronic document management system.
Experience in providing advice to management.
Experience, providing information services in response to the needs of clients.
* Recent and meaningful means experience of a depth and breadth normally found in someone who has been working in the field for about one (1) year over the past two (2) years approximately.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in a field related to the position.
OR
Master’s degree in library and/or information science from a recognized post-secondary institution.
OR
Master’s degree in information management.
EXPERIENCE
Experience in processing requests for information under the Access to Information Act.
Experience in processing requests for information under the Privacy Act.
Experience in the implementation of initiatives linked to the Treasury Board Secretariat Directive on Recordkeeping.
