The intent of the process is to staff one (1) bilingual imperative BBB/BBB position for a specified period of six (6) months less a day.
A pool of fully qualified candidates may be established to staff similar or identical positions within Elections Canada for a specified period of six (6) months less a day with a bilingual imperative BBB/BBB linguistic profile.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION
Education:
Successful completion of secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experiences:
Experience in the management of a filing system for pay files or any other similar system.
Experience in coordinating, preparing and sending pay and benefits files to the different government organizations.
Experience in managing incoming and outgoing mail, ensure distribution and necessary follow-up.
Experience in supplying various administrative services.
Experience in client services.
Bilingual - Imperative (BBB/BBB)
