Education:
Bachelor degree from a recognized university with a specialization in communications, English studies, journalism, political science.
Experience:
Significant* experience in writing, editing, and proofreading English texts.
Experience in conducting research with computer tools and on the Internet.
*Significant will be evaluated in terms of the amount, complexity and diversity of work handled over a period of at least one year.

Knowledge:
Knowledge of English grammar, spelling, syntax and punctuation.
Knowledge of editing and proofreading, as well as appropriate writing techniques and styles in English.

Secret security clearance - This factor is not used at the pre-selection phase. The department is responsible for the security clearance process.
