EXPERIENCE
Experience in the provision of administrative services in an office environment (including but not limited to tasks such as preparing correspondence, verifying information, responding to client inquiries, etc).
Experience working with an electronic and paper filing system.
Experience inputting, extracting and/or processing data utilizing automated systems and/or software.
Various language requirements

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS
(Not essential, but preference may be given to candidates who possess asset qualifications)
Experience in providing administrative support in staffing in the Federal Public Service (such as preparing letters of offer, maintaining staffing files, preparing posters, communicating with candidates, etc.).
Experience in providing administrative support in operational classification in the Federal Public Service (such as creating and updating position, change in reporting relationship, language profile, security, etc.).
Experience in using a human resource management system application, such as, but not limited to, HRMS or Peoplesoft.
Experience in providing administrative support in human resources.
