The intent of this selection process is to create a pool of qualified candidates for CR-04 (Security Assistant) and AS-01 (Personnel Security Officer) positions. Please ensure that you read attentively the essential qualifications required in each positions.

EDUCATION
Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience.
EXPERIENCE
Experience in reviewing and processing official forms.
Experience in analyzing documentation containing personal information.
*Experience in performing clerical duties.
**Experience in providing advice and/or recommendations to management.
**Experience liaising with clients/individuals at various levels.
*Essential experience criteria only applies to CR-04 positions.
**Essential experience criteria only applies to AS-01 positions.
EXPERIENCE:
Experience in the provision of personnel or physical security in a federal department security organisation environment.
Experience in using a Real Time Identification (RTID) system.

KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of the Policy on Government Security (PGS) and its Operational standards on Physical Security and/or Personnel Security.
Knowledge of the federal lead agencies supporting the Government Security Screening program.
Knowledge of the Correctional Service Canada (CSC) Mission.
