Intent / Result of this process: A fully qualified pool of candidates resulting from this staffing process will be established and may be used to fill similar positions with various tenures (Specified Period, Assignment, Indeterminate, Acting, Secondment) depending on the position being staffed. Once established, the qualified pool will be valid for one (1) year with the possibility of being extended.

ED: Successful completion of a secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EX1: Experience in managing administrative, financial and/or human resources services for senior management.
EX2: Experience in participating in working groups and committees
EX3: Experience in providing advice and making recommendations to management.
EX4: Experience working in an environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
EX5: Extensive experience* using the Microsoft Office Suite, including MSWord, MSExcel, MSOutlook and MSPowerPoint.
* "Extensive experience" refers to a major responsibility of the job, not just an occasional task.
EX6: Experience in financial administration, including: planning and monitoring budget forecasts, journal vouchers, expenditures, and generating financial reports
EX7: Experience in **supervision.
**Applicants must clearly demonstrate that they have supervised staff, assigned work, managed and assessed performance, and have contributed to or developed staffing plans. Applicants must indicate the number of staff they supervised.

Willingness and ability to work overtime with minimum or no advance notice
Willingness and ability to travel at short notice for extended periods within Canada using all modes of transportation.
