EXPERIENCE
Stream 1 - Administrative Officer
*Recent and **significant experience in providing administrative support in finance in a client service environment
*Recent and **significant experience in providing administrative support in Human Resources in a client service environment
*Recent and **significant experience in extracting and analyzing reports from various sources
*Recent and **significant experience in using MS Office Products including MS Word and Excel
Stream 2 - Project Administrative Officer
Experience in project coordination
Experience in using a project tracking tool such as MS Projects
Experience in coordinating event logistics
Experience in drafting, editing and formatting a variety of documents and correspondences such as briefing notes, newsletters, invitations, publications, posters and emails
Stream 3 - Administrative Officer
Experience in providing, developing and mapping administrative procedures
Experience in the tracking and coordination of various documents
Experience in editing and formatting a variety of documents and correspondences
*Recent and **significant experience in using MS Office Products including MS Word and Excel
*Recent experience is defined as the experience associated with performance of duties within the last 5 years
**Significant experience refers to having acquired the experience over a period of 2 years
EXPERIENCE
