Bachelor of Law degree or University degree with a major in Law from a recognized university.
Experience in writing documents that summarize legal, strategic or technical issues and in making recommendations to management on these issues.
Experience in legal research.
Experience in legal analysis.
Bachelor of law from a Canadian university.
Completion of a Bar Admission Course and of articles.
Completion of a legal drafting course.
Possession of a university Degree or college Diploma in a field related to Aviation.
Possession of a professional aviation license.
Experience as an advocate before an administrative tribunal or in civil or criminal venues
Experience in practicing law in the private or public sector.
Experience in training people through presentations or other methods
English essential

Knowledge of the Aeronautics Act and the Canadian Aviation Regulations.
Knowledge of Civil Aviation’s Enforcement policy and the Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada (TATC).
