EDUCATION:

ED1: A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training or experience.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE:

EX1: Experience in records management such as filing, tracking and organizing in both paper and electronic versions.
EX2: Experience in handling correspondence and creating various related documents such as letters, minutes of meetings, reports and ministerial correspondence.

EDUCATION:

AED1: Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE:

AEX1: Experience in gathering and summarizing information from different sources
to create customized communication products for the purpose of providing recommendations or for internal distribution.
AEX2: Experience in making travel arrangements and processing travel claims
AEX3: Experience dealing with offices of senior government officials
AEX4: Experience in the use, and management of information or database
management systems and related software programs such as ccmMercury,
RDIMS (Records, Document and Information Management System) or eDocs
AEX5: Experience in the provisions of financial activities related to budgetary control
such as Salaries and Wages and Other Operating Costs
