Intent of the process

*** Presently, the Passport Program has to staff one position for 9 to 12 months with a possibility of extension.

A fully assessed pool of qualified candidates will be established and may be used to staff positions on an indeterminate, term, acting, deployment or assignment/secondment within the Department of Employment and Social Development Canada. The positions to be staffed may be full time or part time and may be on day or evening shift.

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

Streams 1 and 2

Secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives (a satisfactory score on the General Intelligence Test 320 - PSC test approved as an alternative to a secondary school diploma).

Degree equivalency

Experience in providing general administrative or program support.

Experience in using technology (e.g. e-mail, Internet, word processing and/or Spreadsheet).

Stream 1 – Passport Program

Experience in maintaining administrative hard and electronic filing systems.
