Service being provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the members of the translation team must work, in turn, day, evening and night shifts. Designated paid holidays, calculated as workdays, are paid overtime, as stipulated in the collective agreement. The shifts are 8 hours per day.

Note: The shifts are as follow: night shifts - from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, evening shifts - from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and day shifts - from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. However, cycles may be occasionally changed, subject to the operational requirements of the service.
The schedule is established several weeks ahead.
Translators are entitled to shift premium when they work during evening, night or weekends shifts.
