A pool of qualified or partially qualified candidates may be created to staff similar positions with various tenures (indeterminate, deployment, acting, specified period, assignment, secondment), various security requirements and various language profiles.

Degree equivalency

Experience for both streams:

Significant* and recent** experience in providing communications or marketing advice to managers or executives.

Significant* and recent** experience in managing multiple sensitive or ***complex communications/ marketing projects/files simultaneously.

Significant* and recent** experience in writing or coordinating the development of communications/marketing products.

Significant* and Recent** experience in developing and implementing strategies, such as: communications event planning, web, social media, media relations and marketing.

*Significant experience: Refers to experience acquired over a period of two years

** Recent experience is defined as having acquired the experience within the last 5 years.

***Complex is defined as multiple partners, stakeholders, large scale or high visibility .

Asset experience:

Experience in providing strategic advice to ministerial staff.

Managing or supervising a team.

An interview will be administered (between June 29 and July 7th ) .

References must have an in-depth knowledge of your work, and must be able to answer specific questions pertaining to your achievements and strengths.
