The intent is to fill an indeterminate position at the bilingual imperative BBB/BBB level in the area of Employment Equity. ANTICIPATORY*** A pool of partially qualified or fully qualified candidates will be established from this process which may be used to staff similar positions within the Department of Justice with various tenures (such as: indeterminate, acting/acting extension, specified period, assignment/secondment, etc.), and various linguistic profiles (e.g. as English or French Essential, Bilingual Imperative at various levels) and security requirements which may vary according to the position to be staffed.

EDUCATION:
ED1. Graduation with a degree* from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in human resources management, labour or industrial relations, psychology, public or business administration, organizational development, education sciences, social sciences, sociology, or in any other field relevant to the work to be performed.
* A baccalaureate or higher level degree, as established by educational authorities.
Note: Indeterminate incumbents of PE positions and of positions in the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions and in Indian Oil and Gas Canada that are equivalent to PE positions on October 1, 1999, who do not possess the education level prescribed above, are deemed to meet the minimum education standard based on their education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE
EX1. Experience in providing advice and guidance to employees or to managers in one of the human resources disciplines (Classification, Labour Relations, Staffing, HR Planning, HR policies, Official languages, Employment Equity).
EX2. Experience in researching, interpreting and applying legislative frameworks that governs human resources.
