The intent of the process is to staff one (1) English or French Essential determinate position for a period of six (6) months less a day.
A pool of fully qualified candidates may be established to staff similar or identical positions within Elections Canada for a specified period of six (6) months less a day with an English or French linguistic profile.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Post-Secondary school diploma in desktop publishing or graphic design, or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience:
Extensive* experience in providing desktop publishing and graphic design services
Extensive* experience using graphics and desktop publishing software such as Adobe In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, etc.
Experience with both MAC and PC platforms
* Extensive means at least three years of experience.
Note: Candidates who get to the interview stage will be asked to present a portfolio demonstrating their desktop publishing and/or graphic design skills
English or French
