EDUCATION
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution.
EXPERIENCE
Experience in collecting data from a variety of sources.
Minimum three years’ experience in conducting intelligence activities.
Experience in liaison activities with the public or private sectors.
Experience in providing advice and recommendations to management.
Experience in conducting research and producing reports.
Experience in developing intelligence products.
Ability to read Traditional Chinese is an asset criteria.

KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of intelligence principles and practices.
Knowledge of Environment and Climate Change Canada’s departmental responsibilities regarding Wildlife Enforcement, or Environmental Enforcement.
Knowledge of Canadian Intelligence and law enforcement communities.
ABIILITIES
Ability to collect, analyze, and present law enforcement information and make recommendations.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Ability to conduct intelligence activities.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
