Intent of the process

This process will be used to establish pools of candidates that may be used to staff similar positions at an identical or equivalent group and level with various official language proficiencies bilingual imperative BBB/BBB, and English essential), various tenures (Indeterminate, Term, Full-time and Part-time) using various staffing activities (Indeterminate, Term, Acting, Secondment, Deployment, Assignment and Casual).

Successful completion of secondary school or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience

Recent* experience in coordinating and providing general program support services, clerical support or office services.

Experience using computers to create and format word documents, spreadsheets, electronic mail and to perform research.

Experience with filing paper and electronic documents


Stream One:

Providing internal service delivery, using tracking and reporting tools, and monitoring their implementation for consistency.

Experience using a database for various types of records.


Stream Two:

Recent* experience in providing advice and guidance to the general public and clients by telephone, in person or electronically.

Experience handling correspondence.

Experience using a database for client records.

Experience in working in a technical or scientific environment or facility.
