This process may be used to establish a pool of qualified or partially qualified candidates that may be used to staff similar positions with various official language proficiencies (English essential, Bilingual Imperative BBB/BBB, Bilingual Imperative CBC/CBC, Bilingual Imperative CCC/CCC, English or French essential), various security profiles (Reliability, Secret, Top secret), various tenures (such as Indeterminate, Specified Period, Deployment, Acting, Assignment, and Secondment). ONLY employees at the same group and level or equivalent could be considered for a deployment or an assignment/secondment.

You must meet all essential qualifications in order to be appointed to the position. Other qualifications may be a deciding factor in choosing the person to be appointed. EDUCATION
The minimum standard is:
• A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution.
Notes:
1. Based on their education, training and/or experience, indeterminate incumbents of positions in the IS classification are deemed to meet the minimum education standard whenever a bachelor's degree without specialization is called for in a position classified as IS.
2. At the manager's discretion, an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience, may serve as an alternative to the minimum education standard.
EXPERIENCE
• Experience in HTML5 coding and posting web pages to internet sites
• Experience in Web site technical maintenance including, but not limited to, checking and repairing broken links, fixing problems with layout and updating text, forms, functionality, images and HTML5 code
• Experience performing quality assurance on web pages before posting on the Web;
• Experience in implementing World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) accessibility guidelines

KNOWLEDGE
• Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0;
• Knowledge of design and creation of web pages using HTML5;
