The Agency has a requirement to staff 1 position in Ottawa, with a linguistic profile of CBC/CBC and a reliability security clearance for an specified period of approximately two (2) years.
As a result of this process, a pool of qualified candidates may be created to staff similar positions at the PM-02 group and level with various tenures and linguistic profiles of Bilingual BBB/BBB or CBC/CBC only, at the Headquarters office of the Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency in Ottawa, Ontario.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE SCREENING QUESTIONS:

EDUCATION:
Successful completion of secondary school OR an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience relevant to the position.
EXPERIENCE:
Experience in delivering activities related to grants or contributions programs such as: initial application review, report preparation, applicant/recipient follow-ups
Experience in organizing meetings and conference calls
Experience in tracking financial information and processing payments
Experience in working with various stakeholders such as: the public, Indigenous peoples, governments, non-governmental organizations or regional offices
Various language requirements
Bilingual imperative CBC/CBC and Bilingual imperative BBB/BBB

LEAVE OR ABSENCES DURING THE SELECTION PROCESS: It is the responsibility of the candidate to notify the Human Resources Advisor of any pre-approved leave throughout the duration of the selection process in order to facilitate scheduling of evaluations. Also, only one alternate date will be offered to the candidate if requested for the following exceptional reasons: 1) Medical reasons with doctor's certificate; 2) Death in your immediate family; 3) Confirmation of pre-approved travel plans or training plans (made before the advertisement posting date); 4) Religious reasons.
A top down and/or random selection may be used at certain stages of the assessment.
Candidates from outside the federal public service may be required to pay for their own travel and relocation expenses.
