**Recent and significant experience in providing clerical support services (e.g., reception, managing office supplies, data entry, filing, processing mail, etc.)
**Recent and significant experience in providing client services delivery in person or by telephone or electronically
**Recent and significant experience using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
**Recent experience refers to experience that is normally associated with the full time performance of these activities within approximately the past 5 years
**Significant is understood to mean the depth and breadth of experience normally associated with having performed such activities for a minimum of 3 years
Experience in using a correspondence tracking application such as: CCM Mercury, Webcims or others
Experience working with one or more of the following: Access, Oracle, iProcument, iTravel
Experience in working with the Integrated Recorded Information Management System (IRIMS) or other comparable information management systems
Experience working with an Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) such as RDIMS, EDOCS or GCDOCS
Experience maintaining a system of tracking budget expenditures
Experience coordinating travel arrangements and travel expense claims
Experience in taking minutes of meetings
Experience working with accounts payable
Experience working with accounts receivable
Experience analyzing financial data
Experience working in procurement
Experience in the classification, indexing, and referencing of records and/or files
Experience with physical and Electronic Records Disposition
Experience in providing administrative support services in Finance or Accounting
Expereince providing support services in Information Management
Experience preparing agendas, taking minutes and drafting decision records
Experience in fleet management
