Intent of the process

To create a pool of qualified candidates to meet immediate and future needs of the Department of National Defence.

EDUCATION
ED1: A secondary school diploma

Degree equivalency

Experience

EX1: Experience in providing support and advice to senior management*

EX2: Experience in developing and maintaining collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

EX3: Significant** experience in analyzing and troubleshooting complex problems to provide guidance to users

EX4: Experience using the Defence Resource Management Information System (DRMIS)

EX5: Experience in the provision of help desk services, including user support and general administrative functions

*Senior management is defined as Manager Level or above
** Significant is defined as the depth and breadth of experience normally associated with having performed a broad range of related activities for approximately two years

K1: Knowledge of processing transactions within the Defence Resource Management Information System (DRMIS)

ABILITY
A1: Ability to organize workloads, set priorities and work effectively while meeting deadlines
A2: Ability to prepare briefing material or responses to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
A3: Ability to provide help desk service
A4: Ability to communicate effectively orally
A5: Ability to communicate effectively in writing

AEX1: Experience working in a real property role within the Department of National Defence
AEX2: Experience training users for a program, system, or application
