EDUCATION
ED1: A secondary school diploma

Degree equivalency

Experience

EX1: Experience in providing support and advice to senior management*

EX2: Experience in developing and maintaining collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

EX3: Significant** experience in analyzing and troubleshooting complex problems to provide guidance to users

EX4: Experience using the Defence Resource Management Information System (DRMIS)

EX5: Experience in the provision of help desk services, including user support and general administrative functions

*Senior management is defined as Manager Level or above
** Significant is defined as the depth and breadth of experience normally associated with having performed a broad range of related activities for approximately two years
