You will be required to show how you meet the essential qualifications (ED, EX1, EX2, EX3) and the asset qualifications (AQ1) for the initial screening by answering the Online Pre-Screening Questionnaire. It is NOT sufficient to only state that the qualifications are met or to provide a listing of current or past responsibilities. Rather, you must clearly demonstrate HOW, WHEN, and WHERE the qualification were met by giving concrete examples. Information provided in the pre-screening questions should be supported by your resume.
If you do not fully complete the screening questions as instructed, your application may be screened out.
The initial intention of the process is to fill three (3) bilingual imperative BBB/BBB indeterminate positions.
A pool of partially or fully qualified candidates resulting from this process may be established and may be used to fill similar positions with various linguistic profiles (bilingual imperative only) and security level(s) as well as tenures such as: temporary or permanent.

You must meet all essential qualifications in order to be appointed to the position. Other qualifications may be a deciding factor in choosing the person to be appointed. Some essential and other qualifications will be assessed through your application. It is your responsibility to provide appropriate examples that illustrate how you meet each qualification. Failing to do so could result in your application being rejected.
EDUCATION:
ED – Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE:
EX1 – Significant* experience in providing compensation services;
EX2 – Significant* experience in the application of legislation and procedures pertaining to compensation and benefits;
EX3 – Experience in the use of computer systems in the Compensation and Benefits area (for example: PeopleSoft and SAP).
*Significant experience is defined as experience in which the person’s primary responsibilities include these duties and refers to the breadth and depth as well as complexity of tasks that would normally be acquired by carrying out the functions for a period of approximately three (3) years.
Bilingual - Imperative (BBB/BBB)
The pool of qualified persons may be used to staff positions with various bilingual imperative profiles (ie; BBB/BBB, etc.)

Please note that achieving a pass mark on any of the assessments used does not mean you will move forward in the selection process. Management may decide to use a cut-off mark that is higher than the pass mark on any of the evaluations used throughout the selection process.
