Education:
A secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives
Experience:
Experience in providing administrative support services such as but not limited to: (photocopying, correspondence control, filing systems, mailroom services, records management, reception of calls and visitors, the use of a scanner, data entry, travel arrangements, processing travel claims, drafting meeting minutes, etc.).
Experience in operating a personal computer.
Experience:
Experience in providing support to the public and triaging public inquiries.
Experience in organizing and planning outreach activities for the public.
Experience in providing information and resources on Government of Canada services.
Experience in providing Executive support.
Experience in human resource support activities
Experience in financial support activities
Experience in preparing agendas and minutes of meetings
Experience in managing and following up on electronic and/or hard copy documents as well as managing filing systems
Bilingual - Imperative (BBB/BBB)
