Education:

Successful completion of secondary school (High School Diploma) or GED.

Degree equivalency

Experience:
Candidates must meet all of the following essential experience qualifications:
- Experience providing administrative or clerical support in an office environment.
- Experience using common word processing, spreadsheet and email software such as MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience drafting or creating correspondence and documents
- Experience providing service to clients or the general public

Other essential experience qualifications may be required for some positions. This may include but is not limited to the following:
- Experience working with databases.
- Experience in records management.
- Experience providing financial/accounting support services.
- Experience working in procurement.
- Experience in providing Human Resources support services.
- Experience working in a medical environment.
- Experience organizing: meetings, conference calls/video conferences and taking minutes.
- Experience in making travel arrangements
- Experience in making special event bookings

Operational Requirements

Operational requirements may be required for some positions. These requirements will be communicated to the candidates considered for that specific appointment. They may include the willingness to work overtime, travel or the possession of a driver’s license
