Intent of the process

The immediate need is to staff positions temporarily.

A pool of partially qualified candidates may be established through this process to staff identical or similar positions within the Department in Matane. These positions are of different tenures.

EDUCATION:
A secondary school diploma.

EXPERIENCES:
- Significant* experience using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

- Significant* experience in client service.

*"Significant experience" is defined as being one in which the person's primary responsibilities include these duties and refers to the breadth and depth as well as complexity of tasks.

ORGANIZATIONAL NEEDS:

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
The incumbent may be required to do overtime with short notice.
The incumbent may be required to work on shifts (day, night, weekends).
The incumbent may be required to work on different tasks for different clients in a very short time period in accordance with operational needs.
The incumbent may be required to work for long hours in front of a computer screen.
