This inventory is for indeterminate, specified period, deployment, assignment, secondment and casual employment in the Province of Quebec.

EDUCATION

A secondary school diploma or a satisfactory score on the Public Service Commission test approved as an alternative to a secondary school diploma.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE

Experience in intervening with individuals aimed at changing human behaviour.
Experience in the organization and coordination of structured social, recreational or leisure activities.

EDUCATION

Graduation with a degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution or college with an acceptable specialization in a field relevant to the position.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE

Experience in group and/or individual counseling and other interventions.
Experience in the delivery of social/correctional programs.
Experience with interventions to assist individuals with activities of daily living.
Experience in developing and recruiting for volunteer programs.
Experience working in a correctional environment.

ABILITIES

Ability to recruit, train, and provide leadership to volunteers and offender groups.
Ability to interview/counsel.
Ability to make written reports of sessions.
Ability to analyze, research and present information to colleagues and senior management.
