Education:
Degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution

An acceptable combination of education and experience.
Acceptable combination is considered as completion of secondary school and 1 year recent experience in a field related to Real Property Management. (Recent is defined experience acquired within the last 3 years.)
Experience:
1. Experience using AutoCAD
2. Leading cross-discipline project teams
3. Collaborating with multiple stakeholders on a project in order to achieve good results
4. Providing technical advice and guidance to senior decision makers
5. Delegating project work within a team to ensure timely delivery of projects
6. Presenting reports and data analysis
